We ask for as little as possible, and we use it only to contact you about your request.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, email and country of residence, plus your topic and preferred language if you choose them, and your eligibility checker result if you used it. We never ask for documents, ID numbers or case details.
Why we collect it
To contact you, arrange your call, and understand your family’s situation before we speak. We never sell your details or use them for advertising.
Who sees it
Only the SOAR team. If you decide to go ahead, we share what is needed with the partner U.S. law firm handling your case, with your agreement.
Where it is stored
Requests are kept in a private database at Cloudflare, whose servers may be outside Jordan. The form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a request is not automated.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to follow up on your request, and no longer than two years after our last contact, unless you become a client.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing hello@soarimmigration.com.
